2. Map Creation and Navigation: Staff can create and edit restaurant maps and set table target points. In work mode, the robot knows its current location and can navigate independently to target positions.
3. Voice Output: It can introduce dishes and prompt customers to pick up their meals.
4. Battery Monitoring: When the battery level drops below a set value, the robot can autonomously move to the charging station for recharging.
5. Order - Fulfillment Process: When an order is ready, staff place the dishes on the robot's tray and input table (or box) information and confirmation via a remote device. The robot moves to the table, verbally prompts the customer to take their food or wait for a waiter to serve. After the dishes or drinks are taken, the robot prompts the customer or waiter to touch the return button, and it returns to the waiting point or charging station based on power and task scheduling.
