The product features five core advantages: Firstly, it has the ability to operate independently in the field. It is equipped with a built-in 5KW diesel generator, eliminating the need for an external power supply and meeting the mobile cleaning requirements in remote areas. Second, it is designed to withstand severe cold. The stainless steel sealed shell is resistant to corrosion and wear. The generator exhaust gas can preheat the pipeline to avoid freezing faults at -30 ºC. Thirdly, it features highly efficient heating output. The 1.5 large-sized fuel nozzle, combined with the raised and thickened heating coil and the EMF electromagnetic induction combustion system, adopts a diesel heating + instant heating design, discarding the traditional boiler mode. The steam pressure reaches 35 kilograms (under 3.0 nozzle conditions), with a stable flow rate of 2 liters per minute, quickly dissolving heavy oil stains. Fourth, it features intelligent control. The automatic heating and temperature and pressure regulation functions monitor the operation in real time. The gun shutdown delay shutdown design extends the lifespan of components. It is equipped with a built-in 30-liter fuel tank, with a continuous heating fuel consumption of 7 liters per hour. It is fitted with a 10-meter steam pipe and one high-pressure spray gun.
